These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Inforida Technologies Private Limited ("Inforida", "we", "us", or "our") through our platform, websites, and applications ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse or interfere with the Services or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface we provide.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Fees

Some parts of our Services may be available only through paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

5. Customer Obligations

• Ensure accuracy of the information provided.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Not use the Services for unauthorized or illegal activities.
• Cooperate with Inforida in resolving service issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and technology used in providing our Services are owned or licensed by Inforida and are protected under intellectual property laws.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information received during the course of engagement, unless required by law or with written consent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inforida, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inforida will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Invoicing & Due Date

• Invoices will be raised byInforida Technologies Private Limited for the services provided.
• All payments are due and payable within seven (7) calendar days from the date of invoice presentation to the institution.

14. Mode of Payment

• All payments shall be made only through bank transfer, UPI, or other traceable digital means directly to the official bank account of Technologies Private Limited.
• Cash payments are discouraged unless expressly permitted in writing by an authorized representative of Inforida. In such cases, a duty signed and stamped Cash Payment Confirmation Form must be submitted by the institution.

Important Notes

• Under no circumstances should payment be made to any personal account or representative of Inforida.
• Payments made to unauthorized accounts will not be recognized as valid settlements, and Inforida shall not be held liable for such misdirected payments.
• Delayed payments beyond the stipulated period may attract service interruption or late fee penalties as per Inforida’s standard policy.
