K-12 and higher-secondary schools from 200 to 15,000 students. Single-campus, multi-branch, and network/franchise schools are all supported. We also serve select preschools and coaching institutes on a lighter configuration.
The parent app works in English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, and Punjabi. Backend/admin is English for now; regional admin UI is on the roadmap for late 2026.

Yes for schools under 2,000 students. Above that, we prefer annual to keep pricing stable and to offer a named success manager. Quarterly is available on request.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans include a 45-day no-questions-asked refund window. Beyond that, pro-rata refunds are reviewed per our Refund Policy. Data export is always one click.
Core setup is live in 48–72 hours. Full data migration (student records, fees, past attendance) typically finishes in 7–10 working days. We run in parallel with your old system for the first 14–30 days so nothing breaks.
Yes. We pull from Excel, Tally, your previous ERP, or Google Sheets. The migration team maps every field, validates with you, and runs a dry-run before cutover.
Three live sessions: admin setup, teacher onboarding, and parent-app rollout. Every session is recorded for replay. Refresher sessions are included for the first 90 days, then on request.
Internet connectivity, a laptop for the office, and smartphones for teachers. For face-recognition attendance (Goood Morning), we ship or help you source a simple tablet per entry point. That's it.

Yes. Nucleus is the base. Any AI module can be added or removed with 30 days' notice. Most schools start with Nucleus + Goood Morning, then add Orbit and Bird in year two.
99.9% accurate under normal school lighting. It handles glasses, masks, hats and partial occlusion. False-positive rate is under 0.1%. Manual override is always available for edge cases.
Bird is an AI calling agent. It calls parents for admission follow-ups, fee reminders, attendance alerts, and event confirmations. It speaks English, Hindi and regional languages, understands voice replies, and hands off to a human when needed.
AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) with full data residency in India. All backups are in-region. No data leaves Indian borders without explicit opt-in.
Yes — TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and key rotation every 90 days. Field-level encryption for PII (contact numbers, addresses, financials).
Never. Student data is never used to train any model — ours or any third party. AI features run on anonymised metadata or on-device. The compliance panel audits exactly what each model reads.
Role-based permissions are granular down to individual fields. Principal, admin, teacher, accountant, parent — each sees only what's needed. You can create custom roles and audit access logs any time.
Yes. We're aligned with India's DPDPA, GDPR (for overseas schools), and follow CBSE/ICSE data-handling guidelines. A named grievance officer is published on /company-details.
Your data is yours. One-click export in CSV and PDF for every record, file, photo, and attachment. After a 30-day grace period, we permanently delete all data from primary and backup systems and send you a signed deletion certificate.
Yes. Our first-party Tally connector syncs fees, receipts, and ledger entries in near-real-time. No manual journal entries.
