A good fee receipt shows the school name, address and logo; a unique receipt number, the academic session and the date; the student name, class, admission number and guardian; an itemised list of fee heads with the amount, any discount and the amount paid for each; the total paid and balance due; the payment mode and transaction/UTR reference; the amount in words; who collected it; and space for an authorised signature. This generator includes all of these fields.

The tool offers four themes — Classic, Modern, Minimal and Elegant — the same theme set used inside Inforida Nucleus. Classic is a solid header band with a bordered fee table; Modern adds a gradient banner, rounded card and striped rows; Minimal is understated with uppercase labels and lots of whitespace; Elegant uses a serif typeface inside a double-ruled frame. The receipt data is identical across all four — only the look changes.

For each fee head you enter an amount and an optional discount; the tool computes the paid amount as amount minus discount. It then totals the fee amount, the total discount and the total paid across all heads, adds any service charge, and shows the grand total, the amount in words and the balance still due — all automatically as you type.
