At Inforida Technologies Private Limited, our aim is to provide high-quality products and services that meet your expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we are committed to resolving your concern in a fair and timely manner.
Grievance Redressal

support@inforida.inTo help us process your grievance effectively, kindly include the following details:
- Name of the product or service
- Amount paid
- Sales agent name (if applicable)
- Detailed description of your complaint
- Date and time of the issue
- Your full name and contact details
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within the first 7 days of subscription are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing from your registered email ID to: support@inforida.in
- The request must include your full name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
- To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, submit the request at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.
- All cancellation requests will be processed within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing.
- Upon cancellation, all services will be terminated at the end of the current service period.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of subscription. Refunds for change of mind are not applicable.
Refunds are governed by the following terms:
- Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect or technical issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- If the product or service is functioning as intended, no refund will be granted even if the customer chooses not to use it.
- Refunds are not applicable after the expiration of the refund eligibility period.
Termination of Access Post-Cancellation
Once your subscription or service is cancelled:
- Access to all related services, data, and software will be discontinued after the current service period ends.
- Customers are required to uninstall and delete any software provided by Inforida Technologies and log out of all accounts.
- Any further access or unauthorized use post-cancellation may result in legal action.
