Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Inforida Technologies Private Limited, our aim is to provide high-quality products and services that meet your expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we are committed to resolving your concern in a fair and timely manner.

1. Grievance Redressal

If you have any issues with our products or services, please contact us at:support@inforida.in

To help us process your grievance effectively, kindly include the following details in your email:

  • Name of the product or service
  • Amount paid
  • Sales agent name (if applicable)
  • Detailed description of your complaint
  • Date and Time of the issue
  • Your full name and contact details

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing from your registered email ID to:support@inforida.in
  • The cancellation request must include your full name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within the first 7 days of a subscription will be eligible for a full refund.
  • To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, the cancellation request must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.
  • All cancellation requests will be processed within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing.
  • Upon cancellation, all services will be terminated at the end of the current service period, unless specified otherwise.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the following terms:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of subscription.
  • Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect or technical issue in the product or service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the product or service is functioning as intended and there are no defects, no refund will be granted even if the customer chooses not to use it.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or after the expiration of the refund eligibility period.

4. Termination of Access Post-Cancellation

Once your subscription or service is cancelled:

  • Access to all related services, data, and software will be discontinued after the current service period ends.
  • Customers are required to uninstall and delete any software provided by Inforida Technologies Private Limited and log out of all accounts.
  • Any further access or unauthorized use post-cancellation may result in legal action.
