Established by Mr. Gyanchand Yadav, the school began as a high school and was upgraded to an Intermediate College in 2001. It is managed by Maa Shri Vindhyavasini Shiksha Niketan Samiti. The institution offers education from Nursery to Class XII, with three streams—Science, Arts, and Commerce—at the higher secondary level. Affiliated with the UP Board, it operates as a co-educational institution committed to academic excellence and holistic development.
