How long does Nucleus take to set up?

Most schools are live within 7–10 working days. We import your roster, fee heads, staff records, and class structure, then run two training sessions. Ultimate multi-branch rollouts typically take 3–4 weeks.

Can Nucleus work on our existing biometric devices?

Yes. Nucleus integrates with most RealTime, Essl, Matrix, and ZKTeco devices via push or pull APIs. If you have one we haven’t integrated with, our team adds support during onboarding at no extra cost.

Can we migrate without downtime?

Yes. We migrate student records, fee history, and staff data from Excel, Tally, or any ERP. Imports run in parallel with your existing system, so there is zero downtime — and a migration engineer validates every row before go-live.

Is Nucleus secure? Where is our data stored?

All data is stored in encrypted ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified data centres inside India, with role-based access and daily backups. Ultimate adds SAML SSO and immutable audit logs.

Do parents need to install an app?

No. Parents can use the free Inforida app on every plan, and every tier includes WhatsApp, email, and app push notifications.

How does billing work — can we pay per student?

Yes. Lite is ₹20 and Pro is ₹50 per active student per month (GST-inclusive), auto-billed on your live student count with a 50-student minimum; Ultimate is custom-priced. Signup, payment, upgrades and downgrades are fully self-serve inside the app.

Which plan are existing Nucleus schools on?

Every existing Nucleus school is on Pro, the complete current-school plan with face attendance, admission intelligence, scheduled leadership reports, AI insights, advanced finance, and 10 GB storage.

Can we integrate Nucleus with our LMS, accounting, or SIS?

Yes. Nucleus has REST APIs, webhooks, LTI 1.3 outbound, and integrations with Tally, Zoho Books, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and the Inforida suite. Ultimate includes Orbit AI and 1,000 Bird AI calling minutes; each product is also available standalone or for overages.

What support do we get after onboarding?

Every plan includes human support. Pro adds priority WhatsApp help; Ultimate adds priority onboarding and a named success manager.
