You shouldn’t need to remember what a file was named or where it was filed. Supervault’s AI search works in natural language across all your files — type what you want the way you’d say it to a colleague.
- “Show fee receipts from September” — jumps straight to the right month’s folder.
- “Class 8 study material” — surfaces what was shared with that class.
- “The bus insurance document” — finds it even if it was uploaded as
scan_0234.pdf.
Grounded answers, not guesses
AI search doesn’t just match file names — it reads document contents and answers from what’s actually inside them. Ask a question and the answer is grounded in your documents, alongside the files it came from, so you can verify the source in one click.
Verify before you act
Grounded answers cite the documents they come from — for anything consequential (a refund, a dispute, an audit), open the cited file and confirm. The answer is a shortcut to the source, not a replacement for it.
Search respects access control: you only ever get results from files you have access to. Two people can ask the same question and see different results.
