Standard search
Use file names and available filters to find school files. Clear a filter or try a shorter name if no results appear. Standard search is available in standalone Supervault and integrated Pro or Ultimate workspaces.
AI-assisted search on Ultimate
AI can interpret a plain-language request and find candidates using names, descriptions, tags and dates. When the question needs document content, it can retrieve text from eligible indexed PDF files and return matching source files with its answer.
- Document-content indexing supports PDFs with extractable text, with a default maximum size of 20 MB. Deployment configuration can change the limit.
- Image-only scans, unsupported formats, incomplete indexing or unavailable AI services can prevent content answers. Uploading a file does not guarantee that AI can read it.
- Use descriptive file names and check source documents. AI search does not guarantee that an arbitrarily named scan will be discovered from its contents.
- AI features process relevant query and document information through configured AI providers. Ask Inforida about the processing terms and deployment requirements relevant to your school.

Open the matching document and verify any answer before using it for school decisions. If AI is unavailable, use standard file search and browse folders.
