What counts against my storage quota?
Only the files you upload yourself. Documents generated automatically by the suite — fee receipts, mark sheets, admission forms, ID cards, certificates, admit cards, timetables, study material, income & expense receipts — are quota-free, on every plan.
How much free storage do we get?
Every school gets 1 GB free, forever. Prepaid plans add 5, 25, 50, or 100 GB — see Storage plans.
What happens when my plan expires?
Uploads pause — nothing is deleted, ever. All existing files stay in the vault, fully viewable and downloadable. Renew the plan and uploads resume where you left off.
Who can access my files?
Nobody, until you say so. Files are private to their owner; access is granted per file, per person through the access grid — view, download, and share are separate permissions. There are no public links, and every open happens over a short-lived signed link.
Can I see who opened a file?
Yes. Every file keeps an access log recording who viewed and who downloaded it, and when.
What file types can I upload?
The formats a school actually uses — PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images, audio, and video. Each upload shows its own progress bar.
What happens to deleted files?
They move to Trash, where you can restore them. A file’s space is freed once it is removed from Trash.
How is AI search different from normal search?
It reads document contents, not just file names, and understands plain language — “show fee receipts from September” works. Answers are grounded in your files and cite their sources, and results respect each person’s access.
