A per-file access grid — decide who can view, download, or re-share each file, person by person.

Sharing in Supervault is per file and per person — there’s no “anyone with the link”. Each file has an access grid: the people in your school down the side, and what each of them may do across the top.

| Download | Save a copy of the file to their device. |
| Share | Grant access to further people. |
- 1Open the file’s access gridSelect the file and choose Share / Manage access.
- 2Pick the peopleChoose staff members from your school — access is granted per person, not by link.
- 3Set each person’s levelTick view, download, and/or share for each person. A viewer can’t download; a downloader can’t re-share — unless you say so.
- 4Change your mind anytimeUntick a box to withdraw that permission on the spot.
Default to view-only. Grant download only when someone genuinely needs a copy, and reserve share for the few people who manage the document — the access log stays much easier to read.
Files shared with you appear under Shared with me, with exactly the permissions you were given — if the download button is missing, you have view-only access.
