Uploading files
Drag and drop one file or fifty — each shows its own progress. Common school file types are supported, and every school starts with 2 GB free.
Uploading is drag-and-drop simple. Drop one file or a whole batch onto the vault, and each file shows its own progress bar — a big video won’t hide the fact that three small PDFs already finished.

- 1Drag & drop (or browse)Drop files anywhere on the vault, or click Upload and pick them from your computer.
- 2Watch per-file progressEvery file uploads with its own progress indicator. Slow files don’t block fast ones.
- 3Done — it’s in the vaultUploaded files appear immediately in Home and Recents, private to you until you share them.
What you can upload
The file types a school actually uses: PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images, audio, and video. If it belongs to your school ecosystem, it belongs in the vault.
Storage
Every school gets 2 GB of storage free. Every file counts — the ones you upload and the ones the suite files for you automatically (see Automatic document folders), because they all occupy the same storage. When you need more room, prepaid plans go up to 100 GB — see Storage plans.
