The moment a child is absent, Goood Morning alerts the parent. Add Bird AI and it goes a step further — placing a same-morning phone call in the parent’s language, capturing the reason, and logging it back to Nucleus.
- 1Enable Bird follow-upIn settings, turn on Bird AI absence calls and pick a trigger (e.g. after a set number of consecutive absences).
- 2Choose language & scriptSelect the call language and a message template, and a call window (e.g. after school hours).
- 3Auto-triggerWhen the threshold is hit, Bird calls the parent, captures the reason, and routes medical cases to the class teacher.
- 4ReviewSee call outcomes and reasons in the report; the absence record in Nucleus is updated.
