How accurate is it in a real school?

Goood Morning runs at 99.7% accuracy across day, evening, and indoor lighting. In independent pilots the miss rate dropped below 0.3% after a week of normal use.

Can someone fool it with a photo of the student?

No. Every capture runs liveness detection — blink, depth, micro-movements. Photos, phone screens, and masks are rejected and logged, and repeat proxy attempts trigger a principal alert.

Is face data stored on your servers?

No raw face images are ever stored — only an encrypted embedding (a vector), on Indian data centres. Parents can request deletion any time; we are DPDPA-compliant.

What hardware do we need?

Any Android 11+ tablet with a front camera. Starter and Growth include a certified kit; Enterprise ships a GPU edge device for high-throughput gates.

Will parents get an alert if my child is absent?

Yes — if a student isn’t captured by the cutoff (default 9:15 AM), parents get an instant WhatsApp + SMS alert, and the class teacher gets a morning absentee roster.

How does it integrate with our existing ERP?

It pushes attendance to Nucleus in real time. For non-Nucleus schools we offer REST API and webhooks into any ERP/SIS (Growth and Enterprise).

How fast is the check-in at a busy gate?

Under 2 seconds per student — up to 30 students per minute per gate. Growth plans support 4 parallel gates, so a school of 2,000 can clear the entire morning rush in under 15 minutes.

How quickly can we go live?

A single-gate rollout takes 3 working days: hardware delivery, student photo enrolment, and one training session. Multi-gate Enterprise deployments take 1–2 weeks with on-site assistance.

Common gotchas

“No classes available” / zero counts → students not promoted into the new session after a rollover. Promote them; counts return.
“Out of range” on capture/enrol → the device GPS is outside the geofence. Widen the range, move the device, or enable scan-anywhere.
Enrolment expired → the 5-minute capture window lapsed; re-trigger from the dashboard.
Absence alert after a same-day leave approval → approve early-morning leave before the cutoff so the alert is suppressed.
