Common gotchas
- “No classes available” / zero counts → students not promoted into the new session after a rollover. Promote them; counts return.
- “Out of range” on capture/enrol → the device GPS is outside the geofence. Widen the range, move the device, or enable scan-anywhere.
- Enrolment expired → the 5-minute capture window lapsed; re-trigger from the dashboard.
- Absence alert after a same-day leave approval → approve early-morning leave before the cutoff so the alert is suppressed.
